II. STRUCTURE.
This machine is consist of ROLL, BERING, FRAME, CROSSBEAM etc MAIN COMPONENTS & DRIVER, THE DEVICE FOR REGULATING THE ROLL GA, SAFETY DEVICE AND BRAKE, THE DEVICE FOR REGULATING THE TEMPERATURELUBRICATOR etc.

III. WORKING PRINCPLE
Two roller mill (roll) at different speeds (struts. Velocity. IV. ROLLER WORKING TEMPERATURE

Natural rubber is easy to package hot roll, when the mixing is usually before the roll temperature was controlled at 55 ~ 60 C, 50 ~ 55 C after the roll. The majority of synthetic rubber in the mixing heat is, so two roll temperature should be 5 ~ 10 ° C lower than that of natural rubber, while the majority of synthetic rubber is easy to package cold roll before the roll temperature is lower than the roller temperature.
