Batch-off is used for cooling, folding or cutting of mixed rubber sheet, it is one of the key devices of internal mixing line.
Batch-off Purpose
Applying separating agent to those rubber sheets extruded by sheeter (open mixing mill or roller-head extruder) adopting plasticated rubber or mixed rubber, then cooling, cutting (or placing) rubber sheets for the purpose of next work procedure. There are hanging pole type and screen belt type.
Features:
1. Large separating agent soaking compartment can implement circulating cooling for water, hence result in obvious cooling effects on rubber sheets.
2. The linear speed of rubber sheet conveyer belt adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, which can satisfy the output speed requirements of different sheeters.
3. The loop chain speed of the cooling part adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. The sheet-hanging height can be freely adjusted to satisfy different requirements of rubber compound.
4. The cooling part is equipped with the relevant fans and have good cooling effects.
