Usage:
The machine is mainly applied to put rubber on both sides of fabrics(cord fabric, canvas, etc), to rubberize fabrics, to make rubber sheet, or to joint rubber sheets together.
7Feature:
1. Base frame is annealing treated, with whole piece welding.
2. With roller bearing device.
3. Lubricating mode: By oil automatically.
4. Roll distance adjustment method is automatic type.
5. The rolls are made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and tianium alloys. The roll face is hard an anti-wear. To heat up or cool down, the rolls are either circumferentially drilled or centrally bored so as to make temperature well proportioned on teh roll surface.
6. The transmission system adopts a hard facing gear reducer, which has a compacted structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life, reducer is hard finishing type.
7. Speed ajusting is controlled by converter motor with variable -frequence governor.
8. The machine is equipped with emergency device. When an emergent accident occurs, the calender will be immediately sopped wto oopen the roll sapce so as to protect the operator and equipment.
