The use of Rotary Curing Machine

It is mainly in use of vulcanizing various kinds of rubber plates, conveyor belt, waterproof material, printing mackintosh, rubber & plastic floor mat and other board-shaping products. Also according to customers' technical requirement, we do custom-tailor the vulcanizing machine lines.

Construction brief of the machine

1. Curing drum and auxiliary heating device, heating method is infrared, the distance between the heating device and curing drum is 50mm around.
2. Curing drum is cavity roll.
3. The bottom inlet roll is heated.
4. Provide belt auto hydraulic correct device, Correcting displacement volume: ± 5mm

5. The oil pressure control of tension hydro- cylinder have auto-after compaction function
6. Up and down of the upper and bottom rollers use motor drive, bearing block of the both sides of every roller is connected to coupling, drived by one motor
7. Both sides frame is cast steel
8. Main motor is variable frequency motor, use frequency control of motor speed, speed controlling is convenient and precision.
