Pin-Barrel Cold Feed Rubber Extruder

1. Usage
The machine is used for the extrusion of variou rubber products and rubber feeding.

2. Structural Feature.
A. Pin-barrel cold feed rubber extruders are made by the cmpany with introduced technoogies. Different extrusion heads are applied to extrude various half-finished rubber products. The machine can also be used to feed rubber to calender.
B. The barrel is composed of several zones. In the feeding zone, the spiral slots work with the side roll to enhance feeding capability. In the plastication and extrusion zones, different numbers of pins are fitted. The barrel is of dual metal structure and bored circumferentially.
C. The screw is processed and polished with the foreigh-made CNC milling machine and is feature by excellent geo-metric precision. Nitrogenation treatment makes it more wear-resistant.
D. The gears in the reducer are made of alloyed steel whose teeth are harden,
E. A hot water circulation device automatically controls temperature in each zone.
F. The machine is driven by DC motor.
G. The advantages of the machine include better plasticatio result, higher etrusion capability, lower temperature of the outgoing rubber and smooth operation.
