Product Description

1. Usage
The machine is usedd for the extrusion of half-finished rubber products such as tire tread, inner tube, rim tape and rubber tube.

B. The machine body temperature measuring and indicating devic is installed. The feeding zone over 150 is equipped with side roll for the enhancement of
Feeding capability.
C. The screw and bush are subjected to nitrogenatio treatment to get enough strength and wear-resistance.
D. The reducer has a forced lubrication unit, which is featured by high transmission efficiency, long service life and low noise.
E. The machine over 150 is driven by a variable-speed motor.
F. The side roll are designed as side-open type for easyrubber removal.
