Usage:
The line is used for tread extruding from extruder as the folling functions: Continuous weight check, printin, line marking, cementing, water cooling, fixed lenth cutting and spraying joint cement for cutting edges.

Feature:

The line speed is controlled by AC motor with inverter and dancer roller, cooling tank mateiral is stainless steel. The cutting device is controlled by servo with two cutting type of fixed cutting and track cutting.
