It can be used for rapid cutting molding of various rubber and silica gel washers, ring-shaped or cylindrical products. By using mold changing tool, it can remanufacture the product with rectangular cross-section made by single-cavity mold or multi-cavity mold (Like washer) into cylindrical product with one cavity ofr one mold. This product, being used for isometric cutting molding, can significantly improve efficiency (Save the multi-cavity filling materials and trimming man-hour so as to free the labor) and product precision(due to difference of multi cavities and product difference caused by mold aging). With the cutting ooperation precision of 0.01mm, reset precision of 0.01mm, product error of +- 0, 03 mm and finish degree of cutting surface 0.8-, this machine may greatly save the multi-cavity scrap edge.
