This vulcanizing machine is used to make all kinds of vulcanized mould, rubber products, plastics products, and testing pieces used by institute and university.
Being a column structure and downward pressing type, this machine is equipped with a kind of duplex oil pump, directly driven by a motor as single drive. The motor is started by the magnetic starter with a thermal relay as the protection device. When the motor is overloaded or under trouble, it will automatically stop.
The plate in the middle layer is accurately mounted in the center Of the four columns with a guide mounted, so it is reliable, easy to operate and can be used as a single machine for user's convenience. This machine is also equipped with a oil container under the left corner. The oil in the container used by the pump should be N32 N46 and N68 or equivalent mechanical oil. The oil should be filtered be filtered by a mesh screen 25× 25 before pouring into the container. The oil in the container should be clean without foreign matter.
The Platen of this machine is heated by vapor. Vapor through the circle passage in the platen can heat every part of platen even. The cold water through the circle passage of the cool plate, the upper part of lower bolster, can prevent the temperature of the work oil from rising as the heat coming from the plunger and lower bolster. The pipe of the vapor is linked by the high quality stainless hose which keeps the joint sealing and less leaking. For this the platen can run more smooth and long service life. The stainless hose is very easy to fit or change.
